Preparation Guide
A little preparation helps make your results accurate.
- Fasting tests (sugar, lipid, full body): 10–12 hours fasting. Only plain water is allowed.
- Drink enough water before the visit — it makes the blood draw easier.
- Avoid alcohol and heavy fatty meals 24 hours before your test.
- Continue regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise; tell us about them.
- Wear a loose-sleeved shirt and keep your ID / prescription handy.
- For urine tests, collect the first-morning mid-stream sample in the container we provide.
Common Questions
Is home collection free?
Home collection is free for most packages in our service areas. For single small tests a nominal visit charge may apply — we will tell you before booking.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Gaur City 1, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West, Noida Extension, Gaur Chowk, Techzone 4. Call us to check other nearby sectors.
When will I get my report?
Most routine reports are ready within 24–48 hours. Special tests may take longer; we will tell you the expected time when you book.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash or UPI at the time of sample collection. We never ask for OTPs, card PINs or passwords.
Can I book for my family members?
Yes. Add each member's name and age while booking and our phlebotomist will collect all samples in one visit.
